Is it time to clear out that old collection?

Call or message today for a cash offer on your train collection.

How it works…

The process for a quick LOCAL CASH OFFER typically looks something like this:

  • First, take a few photos of the trains you want to sell. We want pictures to indicate how big the collection is and determine if you are a good candidate to sell your trains. Send an email or text pictures along with a description of your collection and pictures to Eastcoastmodeltrains@gmail.com.

  • If you have a small collection take pictures of all the trains that have model numbers on the boxes. After we review the pictures we can give you a general cash offer and prepare for a pick up.

  • Once we arrive we briefly review any high-dollar items to ensure they are the correct makes and models in the boxes. We generally don't lower the offer unless something is grossly misrepresented.

  • Make the cash Offer: Based on the Market Value we will make a quick and fair cash offer. We try and estimate the retail value of the collection before making an offer.

  • For collections close to Bucks County many times we can arrange same-day pick up.

Larger collection worth $3000 or more?

  • If you already have an inventory sheet for your collection this will make the process of making an offer to you very easy.

  • If you don’t have one don’t worry, we still only need photos and will make a judgement on on value we can offer.

  • Once on arrival we will review the collection to ensure there are no surprises. Any items that are damaged or in bad condition will have the offer price adjusted.

Not Local?

  • Don’t worry! We can still help. While we are located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we’re more than happy to check out any collection in the contiguous United States.

  • If you submit an inventory sheet describing the makes, models, and conditions of the items you want to sell, we can then make an offer and pay through Paypal. You will then need to box up the items and drop them off at an Office Max or a Fed Ex store.
